Brand-new and tidy rooms with a bath, coffee making facilities, as example, nothing too much trouble.

Thoroughly enjoyed spending my time in this spotless budget hotel. The breakfast was fresh made with excellent coffee, cheese and granola. The quadruple room was beautifully decorated with shower, a good sized bathroom and murals on the ceilings. The location was quiet, at a short distance from a grand opera house.

A quiet room; very friendly staff who went up and down several times to serve our needs (we live on the 3rd floor and there is no lift).
The pressure of the shower is quite low at late night. no lift.

The hotel location provided nearby access to a part of Venice with a residential feeling while still being fairly close to the vaporetto stop.
Way overpriced-- even for Venice. Everything was skimpy and shabby from the breakfast to the towels to the lobby furniture. Over a 5 week trip covering 12 cities in Europe, this was the highest price we paid for a hotel and yet it was the shabbiest hotel with the fewest amenities.

It was a nica place to stay, room was good - no view from the window, but for us it was Okay, breakfast was fine too. They do have a free Internet access, although it is not a WiFi - just one PC in the lobby.

The staff were pretty friendly, rooms neat and clean. Breakfast was great.
I wouldn't say that the room we stayed in was a "Superior Double Room", but it was comfortable.

The room was clean, with modern amenities and beautifully decorated with murals and glass chandeliers. The breakfast offered a good selection, including freshly baked pastries and a variety of organic juices. Located in the charming Dorsoduro area, the hotel is just a short walk from major attractions like the Peggy Guggenheim Museum and St Mark's Square.
No significant issues encountered.

First I was disappointed because they gave us a very smll double room for the first night,. But the next nuight we could move and got a bottle of champagne :-)the area is very nice and calm, very central, the location is definetely the biggest plus of the hotel. staff was friedly and helpful..
I did not really like the choice at the breakfast tabkle, it was a bit poor, nearly everything was some kind of "ready made" maybe it would have been better value for the money if we would hve booked a cheaper hotel and went to have some breakfast outside somewhere...

Very high quality, great reception + staff
Once in the hotel - which is appropriately priced, everything was too expensive. For example tea & coffee, drinks food. It simply does not represent value for money and these prices reflected the hotel's expectation that if we paid a lot for the room, we'd pay a lot for basic food & drink. Because of this, we won't return.

A quick and honest take
In a charming area that's close to major sites, I found it the perfect escape from tourist crowds. The staff were accommodating, assisting with everything from local transport to carrying luggage. Morning breakfasts were good with fresh juices and pastries. Just be prepared for steep stairs if you have heavy baggage!

Location is very good. Lovely area of Venice.
I was given a tiny room with no windows except a small skylight. This does not correspond to a price of 150 euros. I was transferred to another room after the first night.

I liked the beautiful building with garden, central location but very quiet. The room was comfortable and air-conditioned. The bathroom with a bath as well as shower was lovely. The breakfast buffet was generous and nicely varied. Free internet for guests is a big plus.
very steep stone stairs up to most bedrooms and no lift, a real struggle with luggage.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room as very nice since it was in a very ancient, but well kept building. The hotel was in a great location for visiting the city and we were easily able to walk to the train station.
The breakfast selection could have been improved.
